About KOS Academy
Since 2021, KOS Academy has been working to improve the quality of services offered to our patients and residents. Its goal is to enhance the technical and professional skills of everyone involved in the healthcare ecosystem - from doctors and clinical staff to administrative and support personnel.
The training offer is based on a detailed analysis of individual and organisational needs, aligned with company strategy and regional regulations. It includes mandatory and professional training, experiential learning, e-learning and events that promote knowledge-sharing and professional networking.

Easy Learning | KOS
Easy Learning is KOS Group’s digital platform for delivering both synchronous and asynchronous distance learning courses (FAD).
It also serves as a central archive for all learning records and employee certifications. Staff can access their individual learning profiles at any time, while facility directors can monitor training progress to ensure legal compliance, particularly with regard to safety regulations.
The platform also enables the tracking of CME credits for healthcare professionals - a critical function in light of recent updates to Italy’s Gelli Law on clinical risk management.
CME Provider “KOS Care”
KOS Academy - operating under the name KOS Care - is one of the few private healthcare entities listed in the national registry of CME providers.
KOS Academy offers more than accredited learning: it ensures constant monitoring of CME regulations, giving healthcare professionals the support they need to keep up to date and meet their training obligations.
On the Age.na.s – Continuing Medical Education website, healthcare professionals can find all CME-accredited courses provided by KOS Academy by entering the reference ID (3740).
A dedicated section is also available for professionals to access informational videos, legislation, forms, event databases and other useful resources.
