Giuseppe Motta
Chief Executive Officer and General ManagerGiuseppe Motta has been Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the KOS Group since 1 June 2026.
He joined KOS in 2005 and served as Director of Management Control until 2022. He subsequently became General Manager of the Italy Nursing Homes Division.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and completed the executive programme Corporate Financial Strategy in Global Markets at INSEAD in Paris in 2011. Prior to joining KOS, he was Head of Management Control at Générale de Santé Italia and worked as an Analyst at Banca Intesa in New York.
Laura Benedetto
General Manager - Rehabilitation and Psychiatric Care DivisionShe joined the KOS Group in 2023 and also serves as Chair of Casa di Cura Villa dei Pini. In 2024, she was elected President of AIOP Marche. Previously, she held leadership roles in both public and private healthcare organisations, including AUSL 7 Siena, Sassuolo General Hospital and ASL Forlì. She has also served as Secretary General of the Florence Chamber of Commerce, Director of the PromoFirenze Special Agency and Chair of the Chamber of Arbitration.
