Management Team

A co-founder of the KOS Group, he has held the roles of General Manager and Director of Finance and Development before being appointed CEO in 2009. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from INSEAD (France). He previously worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and later served as Director of Corporate Development at CIR.

She joined the KOS Group in 2023 and also serves as Chair of Casa di Cura Villa dei Pini. In 2024, she was elected President of AIOP Marche. Previously, she held leadership roles in both public and private healthcare organisations, including AUSL 7 Siena, Sassuolo General Hospital and ASL Forlì. She has also served as Secretary General of the Florence Chamber of Commerce, Director of the PromoFirenze Special Agency and Chair of the Chamber of Arbitration.

With KOS since 2005, he led the Group’s Planning and Control area until 2022. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and completed a course in Corporate Financial Strategy in Global Markets at INSEAD (Paris) in 2011. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Management Control at Générale de Santé in Italy and worked as an analyst at Banca Intesa in New York.
