This page describes the personal data confidentiality policies of KOS S.p.A., the company that manages the Internet site kosgroup.com, with reference to how processing of the personal data of the users is managed. This is also a disclosure provided in accordance with article 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and specifically regard the collection of personal data on the Internet, in order to identify the minimal measures that must be implemented with respect to interested parties to guarantee that these procedures are open and lawful (in application of articles 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46/EC). THE DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller for any personal data processed following use of the Internet site and any other data used to supply the information related to our services is KOS S.p.A., Via Ciovassino, 1, Milan. The Person in Charge of Data Processing is Ms Laura Spennagallo.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The parties to whom the personal data refers, in accordance with article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of whether said data exists and to find out the content and the origin, check the accuracy or ask to add to it, update it or amend it. The parties to whom the personal data refers also have the right to have the data cancelled, transformed into anonymous form or block any data processed in breach of the law, and in any case to object to the data being processed if they have valid reasons. The requests relating to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 must be made to KOS S.p.A., Via Ciovassino, 1 – 20121 Milan.
PLACE AND PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The processing related to the web services offered by this site (physically resident on servers connected to the network at the registered offices of Fastweb S.p.A., Via Caldera 21 – Palazzina E – 20153 Milan), is carried out at the registered office of the Company who is the data controller and the data is only processed by employees or other workers engaged for the processing. No data from the web services is published. The personal data provided by the users that access the service are used only to carry out the service or the work requested and it is not communicated to third parties unless said communication has to be made pursuant to legal obligations or is strictly necessary to carry out the user’s requests.
TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data. The computer systems and the software procedures used to make this web-site work acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data which transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. It is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature, could allow identification of the users through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the site, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the methods used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the computer system of the user. This data is used only to gain statistical anonymous information on the use of the site and to ensure the correct function; it is cancelled immediately after the processing. The data in question may be used to verify responsibility in the event of any computer crimes that harm our site.
DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
The data provided when filling out the information request form will be acquired and stored on the server and will be protected by authentication systems. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site will mean that the sender’s address will be acquired; this is necessary to respond to the requests, in addition to any other personal data put into the message.
