Management of the Suzzara hospital is an experiment undertaken by the company after it won a public tender in November 2004. This was one of the first times in Italy that a public hospital was managed by a private company. It has the licence up until 2022 for the complete management of the hospital complex, and is also in charge of renovating it and bringing it up to standard.
The hospital has a total of 130 beds (30 of which for functional rehabilitation) and is accredited by the National Health Service for both hospitalisations and outpatient services.
The hospital F.lli Montecchi di Suzzara is a point of reference for healthcare services serving the requirements of a large catchment area between three Provinces (Mantua, Reggio Emilia and Modena) and two Regions, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna.
